These Terms govern your use of the Forward Together America website and digital properties operated by the Forward Together America (Pending FEC Confirmation) federal campaign committee, registered with the Federal Election Commission.

Federal Election Law Notice: This website is operated by a federally registered political committee. Use of this Site is subject to the Federal Election Campaign Act and FEC regulations. Contributions are subject to federal limits and disclosure requirements. See Section 2 for full details.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the forwardtogetheramerica.com website and all associated digital properties (collectively, the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Forward Together America (Pending FEC Confirmation) ("Committee," "we," "us," or "our"), a federal political committee registered with the Federal Election Commission (FEC). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, volunteers, donors, and others who access or use the Site.

2. Federal Election Law Compliance

This Site is operated by Forward Together America (Pending FEC Confirmation), a federal political committee registered with and regulated by the Federal Election Commission (FEC). All activities conducted through this Site, including volunteer coordination, event registration, and communications, are subject to the Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA), 52 U.S.C. § 30101 et seq., and FEC regulations at 11 C.F.R. Parts 100–116.

Contribution Restrictions:

Federal law prohibits contributions from corporations, labor organizations, national banks, foreign nationals, federal government contractors, and minors under 18. Contributions must be made from personal funds and may not be reimbursed by another person or entity.

Contribution Limits:

Individual contributions are subject to FEC-established limits per election cycle. Current limits are available at fec.gov.

Mandatory Disclosure:

Contributions of $200 or more in an election cycle require disclosure of the contributor's name, address, occupation, and employer to the FEC. This information becomes part of the public record.

No Coordination:

Nothing on this Site constitutes coordination with any candidate committee, party committee, or Super PAC in a manner prohibited by federal law.

State Law:

Campaign activities may also be subject to applicable state election laws. Users are responsible for compliance with the laws of their jurisdiction.

3. Permitted Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms and applicable law. Permitted uses include:

  • Viewing and sharing publicly available campaign information and content
  • Submitting volunteer applications and event registrations
  • Participating in polls, surveys, and interactive civic engagement features
  • Signing up for campaign communications with your consent
  • Contacting the campaign through provided forms and contact information

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site's infrastructure, servers, or networks
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site
  • Collect or harvest personal information about other users
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Use the Site for any commercial purpose without our written consent
  • Engage in any activity that could damage the reputation of the Committee or the campaign

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content:

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of Forward Together America (Pending FEC Confirmation) or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Campaign Materials:

The "Forward Together" name, logo, slogans, and related marks are trademarks of the Committee. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited.

Limited License:

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes consistent with these Terms. This license does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Site content, except as incidental to normal browsing.

User Submissions:

By submitting content to the Site (including poll responses, form submissions, or comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with our campaign activities.

DMCA:

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please contact us at [email protected] with a DMCA-compliant takedown notice.

5. Political Content & First Amendment

This Site contains political speech, campaign advocacy, and civic engagement content protected by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution. The views expressed on this Site represent the positions of the Forward Together America campaign and Forward Together America (Pending FEC Confirmation).

No Endorsement of Third Parties:

References to third-party organizations, statistics, research, or news sources do not constitute endorsement of those organizations or their positions.

Voter Information:

While we strive to provide accurate civic information, we encourage all users to verify voter registration deadlines, polling locations, and election information through official government sources such as vote.gov and your state or local election authority.

Disclaimer:

Political advertising and campaign communications are paid for by Forward Together America (Pending FEC Confirmation) and are not authorized by any candidate or candidate's committee unless expressly stated.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution:

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Washington, D.C., under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver:

To the extent permitted by law, you waive any right to bring or participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against the Committee.

FEC Jurisdiction:

Nothing in these Terms limits the jurisdiction of the Federal Election Commission over matters within its statutory authority.

11. Termination of Access

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, or conduct that we believe is harmful to the Committee, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Site or by email where appropriate.
